According to www.alllaw.com, a class action lawsuit is a lawsuit in which people who have suffered a similar loss or injury bring a single, collective case against the responsible party. These people may or may not know each other. For example, in cases in which a neighborhood has contaminated water causing health issues, many people that are affected may know each other. But, in a case in which medication has been found to cause health issues, the people will likely be from all over the United States.
Zantac Lawsuit
You may have seen commercials on television lately regarding this lawsuit. We are currently taking cases for Zantac lawsuit. According to www.sullolaw.com, Johnson & Johnson has made a cornstarch-based powder, as well, since 1980. This powder is not part of the lawsuit as talc is the ingredient possibly causing issues.
